Sarboy Integrated Textile A.Sh. as a company, we attach great importance to human rights, working conditions, environment and ethical principles in all areas in which we operate. Our company, while continuously improving its production, research and development and quality control processes, considers the health and safety of all our employees as the main priority.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) units have been established in all our locations and together with our Workplace Physicians, Occupational Safety Specialists and Medical Personnel, we provide services on a 24/7 basis in order to ensure the health and occupational safety of our employees. Sarboy Textile adopts creating safe working environments, raising healthy individuals and workforce by acting in accordance with legal and international regulations and customer requirements as the basic principles of our OHS policy.
In this context, our goals are:
- To organize trainings and events for our employees, subcontractor / supplier company employees, visitors and interns in order to ensure the adoption of our Occupational Health and Safety principles,
- To determine and implement the necessary measures to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases,
- To make Occupational Health and Safety culture a lifestyle by spreading it,
- To eliminate the dangers that may arise from the activities,
- To develop and implement protective measures by minimizing health and safety risks,
- Using appropriate equipment and technologies to provide a healthy and safe working environment,
- To set measurable goals in order to ensure continuous development and to achieve these goals.
